CTS Services started with my father and myself cutting grass and snowplowing. He used to work for IDOT (Illinois Department of Transportation) so he was well versed on how to handle large machinery and snow plow. When my father retired, he asked me “what are we doing this week.” That was the beginning of the family business almost 20 years ago. He still helps with landscaping from time to time as it keeps him busy in his retirement. With every job there is always his voice in my head telling me to “do it right the first time.” A work ethic that I cannot forget and live by every day.
